Salgyeopsal

삼겹살 (Samgyeopsal = 3-layer roasted pork)

I don't go to eat meat very often but when I sometimes do go to have some meat, I always go for some Samgyeopsal.
=고기는 자주 먹지 않지만, 그래도 가끔씩 친구들하고 고기를 먹으러 가면, 항상 삼겹살을 먹으러 가요.

At cheaper places it costs about three to four thousand won per one serving and six to nine thousand one at more expensive places.
= 싼 곳에서는 1인분에 3,000원에서 4,000원 정도 하고, 비싼 곳에서는 1인분에 6,000원에서 9,000원 정도 해요.

A friend of mine whose mother runs a meat restaurant told me that a good tip for choosing a nice place when you feel like having some Samgyeopsal is to go to a crowded one.
= 삼겹살을 먹고 싶을 때 맛있는 집을 잘 고르려면, 사람이 많은 곳에 가야 한다고, 어머니가 고깃집을 하는 친구가 말해 줬어요.
